A comfortable one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and combined living and full kitchen . The sofa is available as an extra bed for one extra adult or child.
All apartments have a flat screen television.  The kitchen has a dishwasher and cooktop, with oven and full size refrigerator.  The bathroom has a washing machine.   Each apartment has an outdoor area with outdoor furniture for enjoying Bodrum nights.  All apartments have access to the pool area during the day.
Our one bedroom apartments are perfect  for a couple or two friends, they are not suitable for a family.  The sofa bed is a single only and more suitable to children.  The apartments are small but very well designed and have everything you need for an active Bodrum Holiday.

Our sea-view apartments at Ilya 1 have full sea views, so you get to wake up to views of the Aegean and Kos Island.  Take breakfast on your balcony and enjoy sunny Bodrum mornings and indulge in the evening with a cool drink watching the sunset.

Apartments are terraced style and there is no elevator our staff are on hand to settle you in and carry your luggage.  Do keep in mind that the apartments are accessible by stairs only.

Our sea-view Villa has magnificent views of the Aegean.  It is located at the top of a terraced slope and is only accessible by stairs.  Our staff are  on hand to settle you and deliver your luggage.
